Lyra Valkyria Fends Off Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan in Chaotic RAW Segment

Lyra Valkyria walked into her home turf of Scotland as the reigning Women’s Intercontinental Champion — and after a chaotic showdown with Raquel Rodriguez on the March 24 episode of WWE RAW, she’s walking out still holding the gold.

The match was slotted in early on the card, right after The Usos made headlines with a surprise reunion in front of the Glasgow crowd at the OVO Hydro. Despite the stakes, there were no special ring introductions or “big match feel” fanfare — just two powerhouse women throwing down.

Raquel came out strong, overpowering Lyra early and planting her with a brutal big boot before the match went to commercial. WWE referee Jessika Carr even had to check on Lyra after the hit, but the match continued.

Back from break, Lyra fought back with a leg drop for a near fall, but Raquel kept her composure — until Liv Morgan got involved.

Morgan, who was at ringside supporting Raquel, interfered at a key moment by putting Raquel’s foot on the rope after Lyra’s DDT counter. Lyra didn’t let that slide — she took Liv out with a dropkick through the ropes and immediately rolled up Raquel for the three-count.

But the chaos didn’t stop there. Right after the bell, Liv Morgan jumped Lyra and began unloading on the champ. That’s when Bayley stormed the ring for the save, helping Lyra clear the ring and stand tall as the segment ended with a babyface celebration.

With the title still around Lyra’s waist and tensions flaring between Liv, Raquel, Bayley, and Lyra, this rivalry is far from over.

Did WWE make the right call keeping the title on Lyra Valkyria? And what’s next for Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez heading into WrestleMania? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
